So today went to meet with Rich to discuss contracting for my coaching.
Am looking to be coached on how to build a team and how to play to my strengths and minimise my weaknesses and basically be of value to the organisation in this role
Left feeling absolutely wrung out, seems like a mammoth task ahead.
